Michael Wright

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Michael graduated from Penn State in 2005. Shortly after graduating, Michael began his career in the real estate industry founding Steel Town Properties.
Michael currently owns a large real estate portfolio, consisting of properties that he personally renovated over the last 20 years. Michael is licensed contractor and has managed well over 200 real estate projects. In addition, Michael is a licensed real estate agent with over $20,000,000 in lifetime sales. Michael brings a wide range of experience from the real estate and construction industry to Steel Mill Capital. Michael oversees property evaluation and market analysis for Steel Mill Capital.
Luke Andreen

Luke Andreen is a Pittsburgh native who graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1999. Luke’s earlier career began in accounting but quickly expanded into mortgage lending and real estate.
In 2003, Luke and his brother Mark joined forces in the mortgage industry to form The Andreen Team. Since 2003, Luke and Mark have helped over 7,000 families with their home financing, totalling more than $1 billion in loans. At the same time, Luke began investing in real estate which has grown into an expansive real estate portfolio. Over 20+ years Luke has amassed comprehensive knowledge across all areas of commercial and residential lending. Luke manages the origination division at Steel Mill Capital.

Mark Andreen was born and raised in Pittsburgh and graduated from Penn State in 2001. Mark began his career in banking gaining in-depth knowledge of mortgage lending and real estate.
In 2003, Mark joined Luke in the mortgage industry to form The Andreen Team. Together, Luke and Mark have helped over 7,000 families with their home financing, totalling more than $1 billion in loans. Mark has built a successful mortgage business by utilizing his deep understanding of marketing and client motivations. Over the last 20 years, Mark has managed The Andreen Team, overseen numerous real estate projects and owns a sizeable real estate portfolio. Mark manages the financial and servicing divisions at Steel Mill Capital.
